Choose the type under Answer type when editing an answer.
- Radio: pick one answer in the question. The usual choice.
- Multi: pick any number. Each selected answer adds its features.
- Text and Paragraph: the person types a response. Use Feature-trigger keywords to turn words into features, and Preview text as the prompt inside the box.
- Scale: a two-handle range slider between a Low value and a High value. See Scale answers.
You can mix types in one question, for example a Radio choice plus a Text box for anything else.
